Recommendation

Fivetran recommends that you create views over new tables in your destination for the following reasons:

• A view is a virtual table that consists of rows and columns. If the data changes in your source table, the exact change reflects in the referenced view.
• You can create a view from a single table or multiple tables. You can also create a view using another view.
• Views do not store actual data and consume less storage space than tables in your destination.
