Can I modify my connector's schema while a sync is in progress?

Answer

Yes, you can modify your connector's schema while a sync is in progress. However, we recommend that you first pause your connector to reduce any risk of issues or errors. To pause your connector, do the following:

1. In your Fivetran dashboard, go to your connector page.
2. In the top right corner, set the ENABLED toggle to OFF.

After applying the necessary changes, resume the connector to apply your updates and continue your sync.
