How does a manual sync affect my connector's scheduled syncs?

Answer

When you trigger a manual sync, we try to fetch data regardless of the set sync schedule. The manual sync process is separate from the scheduled sync process. Your next sync will run at the scheduled time.

If a manual sync is running at the time of the scheduled sync start, we postpone the scheduled sync to the next scheduled sync start time. See our Sync Overview documentation for details.
