The _fivetran_synced column shows when we successfully extracted the data from the source. The destination data matches the data as it appeared in the source at the time shown in the _fivetran_synced column. The Load time represents when we successfully loaded the extracted data to the destination.

The value of the _fivetran_synced column is never less than the Extracted time, nor greater than the Load time.
