How to Exclude Non-Priority Tables from Syncs
Question
How do I exclude non-priority tables from syncs? If a table is large and is taking a long time to sync, excluding these tables will speed up the sync.
Answer
You can only exclude non-system tables from syncs for certain connector types. If your connector allows you to exclude tables, you can select and deselect tables to be synced on the Schema tab of the Connector Details page.
Log in to your Fivetran Dashboard.
Select Connectors.
In the connector list, find the connector you want to exclude tables for and click it.
On the connector details page, select the Schema tab.
Deselect any tables you want to exclude from syncs by clearing the relevant blue checkboxes.
Click Save changes in the bar at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.

This removes the table from the list of tables that the connection syncs. To re-enable the table, select the checkbox. When you re-enable a table that Fivetran previously synced, a confirmation dialog may appear listing the affected tables and indicating whether a table-level or full connection re-sync will be triggered. Re-syncing a table incurs MAR charges.
