Yes, the Free plan follows the same core SaaS security model as paid plans and doesn't give Fivetran personnel access to your data by default.
We process your data to sync it from your source to your destination. We only access your data with your approval when necessary for troubleshooting. After successfully syncing data to your destination, we purge it from our systems shortly afterward.
Free plan limitations relate to usage, features, and infrastructure options, not a reduced security baseline. For more information, see:
