Fivetran is ecstatic to announce our new Tech Equity Pipeline Program (TEPP), an internship experience with the goal of increasing equity and diversity in the technology industry. We’re doing away with the typical requirements that a program in this competitive field usually requires, such as a college degree or a traditional background. We don’t care where you’re from, how you got here, or how you learned your chops (maybe you taught yourself to code in your basement!). If you have a positive attitude and the basic skills to do the job, we want to talk to you.
Fivetran believes diversity, equity and inclusion are the keys to creating a thriving workforce. We have created this program to mentor and train underrepresented people in the technology industry in the fields of engineering, sales and beyond. People who identify with an underrepresented group — including but not limited to Black, Hispanic, Native American, Pacific Islander, individuals with disabilities, GLBTQIA, women and veterans — are encouraged to apply.
TEPP is a full-time, paid internship experience for those early in their career or in a career transition who are interested in working in the technology industry. These internships are full-time and six months in duration, with the potential of extension or conversion to full-time employment. Full-time interns at Fivetran are also eligible for medical, dental and vision benefits.
