To capture new records, we [incrementally sync](/docs/getting-started/glossary.md#incrementalsync) the `TASK` and `TIME_ENTRY` tables and their child tables.

We also [re-import](/docs/getting-started/glossary.md#reimport) these tables on the first Friday of each month to capture updates and deletes.
