Our Google Analytics 360 connector is now generally available.
Read our Google Analytics 360 connector documentation.

We have modified the connector setup tests. We now validate your BigQuery dataset permissions and Google Cloud Storage bucket permissions in two different steps. Previously, we validated the service account’s permissions on the dataset and the bucket permissions in a single step.
July 2020link
We now sync the INTRADAY
table as well as the FINAL
table. Since the INTRADAY
table contains data from the current day, you no longer need to wait a day to see your latest data. We sync the complete INTRADAY
table whenever it is updated because we can't de-duplicate the newly appended data. However, we do not sync the INTRADAY
table if it contains more than four gigabytes (4GB) of data to avoid long syncs that could distrupt your sync schedule. For more information, see Google Analytics' Help documentation.
April 2020link
You can now configure your Google Analytics 360 connector using the Fivetran REST API. This feature is in BETA and is available only for Standard and Enterprise accounts.
November 2019link
The Google Analytics 360 connector now supports priority-first sync. Priority-first syncs fetch your most recent data first so that it's quickly ready for you to use. Google Analytics 360's priority-first syncs fetch the most recent 15 days' worth of data from all tables.
To learn more, see our priority-first sync documentation.

To improve sync speed for large datasets, we have implemented a method of syncing using a storage bucket. We have added the new field bucket_name
to the connector setup form. To leverage this improvement you need to:
1. Create a bucket. 2. Give its IAM account storage object admin
permission. 3. Enter its name in bucket_name
in the setup form.
