New Fivetran connector allows you to centralize your data from your Comm100 connector
Fivetran recently released a connector for Comm100 in beta. This connector allows you to centralize your Comm100 data into your warehouse to answer key questions about how your support team is performing and join that data with other sources to enrich your customer journey. For example, you could join to Salesforce to understand how your largest customers are accessing support and what kinds of issues they are running into.
